On-Site

We’ll visit your home at a pre-arranged date and time and perform the job on-site.

This is the most personalised type of service offered.

On-site services are required for:

  • IT Integration services.
  • Troubleshoot / repair wired network.
  • Troubleshoot / repair wireless wi-fi network.
  • Troubleshoot / repair CCTV.
  • Troubleshoot / repair printer or scanner.
  • Troubleshoot / repair smart home systems.

Charges:

  • Basic on-site fee: Based on a cost recovery basis to pay for our time and vehicle costs to serve you at your location. Fee will vary according to your location.
  • Service fee: Minimum 1 hour or part thereof. (Surcharges apply for after-hours, weekends & Public Holidays.)
  • Service fee: Additional hours or part thereof may be added to your bill if on-site visit exceeds 1 hour.
  • Parts: Hardware / software (if required).

IMPORTANT NOTES: 

  • Most problems can be resolved within 2 hours or less depending on the problem encountered and speed of your computer.
  • We DO NOT attempt to drag on-site service duration to charge more! Our geeks have years of experience and can diagnose then fix the problems in a speedy manner.

Collect & Return

Our geek will visit your home, perform a quick diagnostic and advise you on the next course of action.

This is a more cost-effective method of rectifying your IT problem.

Recommended for:

  • Desktop / Laptop computer problems, rendering the machine unbootable or machine has intermittent problems.
  • Desktop / Laptop computer upgrades.

 

We will:

  • Perform an on-site visit to collect and/or perform a quick diagnostic on your device.
  • Return the device to our laboratory which is well equipped for most IT problems.
  • Perform troubleshooting tests.
  • Rectify problem
  • Perform load test
  • Return device to customer’s home.

Charges:

  • Basic collect & return fee: 2 trips, to collect then return your device. Based on a cost recovery basis to pay for our time and vehicle costs to serve you at your location. Fee will vary according to your location. (Surcharges apply for after-hours, weekends & Public Holidays.)
  • Diagnostic fee: For our professional services to identify the issue. (Will be offset from your final bill should you decide to engage our services).
  • Service Fee: Will be quoted depending on job scope, time required & difficulty.
  • Parts: Hardware / software (if required).

Carry-In

Visit our office / laboratory (strictly by appointment only) to service your device. Collect your device when it has been repaired. Optional return service is also available for a small fee.

  • Desktop / laptop computer upgrades.

 

We will:

  • Perform troubleshooting tests.
  • Rectify problems.
  • Perform load tests.
  • Inform you to collect your device from our office.

Charges:

  • Diagnostic fee (will be offset from your final bill should you decide to engage our services).
  • Hardware / Software (if required).
  • Service fees.
